Roohi Recruitment Services was built on something that cannot be created quickly — a genuine belief in doing this work the right way. Our founder grew up in a family where overseas recruitment was not just a profession. It was a responsibility.
His father, M.K. Aboobacker, was among the early figures in Kerala's overseas recruitment industry, running Careers World Travel & Trade Links during a time when the profession was still finding its footing — building it on the trust of individual families who deserved complete honesty.
Roohi was founded to carry those values into a new chapter — with its own identity, its own standards, and its own voice. A company that holds people at the centre of everything, that is honest when honesty is difficult, and that measures itself not by how many placements it closes, but by how many people genuinely felt respected and well-guided throughout their journey.
