Is it registered with the Ministry of External Affairs?

Under Section 10 of the Emigration Act, 1983, only a registered recruiting agent may recruit people in India for jobs abroad. On emigrate.gov.in, open Find Recruiting Agent under Quick Links and search the agency's name. eMigrate also lists unregistered agencies that people have complained about.

Does it name the employer?

A real vacancy names the hospital or company and the country. "A reputed company in the Gulf" is not enough.

Is Roohi Recruitment Services approved by the government?
Yes. Roohi is a recruiting agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs under the Emigration Act, 1983. Our certificate, B-1941/KER/PER/1000+/5/10392/2023, was issued on 8 August 2023 and is valid until 12 July 2028. You can look us up on eMigrate under Find Recruiting Agent.
How can I check whether a recruitment agency in Kerala is genuine?
Search the agency's name on eMigrate (emigrate.gov.in, then Find Recruiting Agent under Quick Links). A genuine agency also has an office you can visit and vacancies that name the real employer. eMigrate also publishes a list of unregistered agencies that people have complained about.
Where are Roohi's offices?
