Who we are

M/s Roohi Recruitment Services is a proprietorship firm registered as a Recruiting Agent by the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, under section 10 of the Emigration Act 1983. We help candidates from India find work with employers overseas, mainly in the Gulf and in parts of Europe.

By registering with us, applying for a vacancy, messaging us or using this website, you agree to these terms. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Registering with us

• Registering is free. You can register on this website, through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or on WhatsApp.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The details and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own. Employers and government authorities rely on them. If we find that a document is false or altered, we will stop working on your application and may be required to report it.
• Tell us when something changes, such as your phone number, passport or availability.

Service charge

Where a service charge applies to a role, we tell you the amount before you commit to anything. It is paid to Roohi Recruitment Services against a receipt, never to an individual and never into a personal account. If anyone asks you to pay any other way in our name, it is not us: check our registration number above and tell us on +91 75 94 98 98 98.

What we can and cannot promise

We put you forward for vacancies we are actually recruiting for and support you through the process. The final decisions are not ours, so we cannot guarantee:

• that an employer will select you or make you an offer;
• that a visa, medical clearance, licence exam, attestation or emigration clearance will be granted;
• a travel date.

Your employment contract is between you and the employer. Read your offer letter and contract before you accept, and ask us if anything in it is unclear.

Vacancies on this website

We publish vacancies we are recruiting for and keep them as current as we can. Salary, benefits and requirements come from the employer and can change. What applies to you is what is in the offer you receive.

How we contact you

When you register or write to us, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your application and about vacancies that match your profile.

• WhatsApp: our first replies may come from an automated assistant. A member of our team takes over when you need a person. You can stop job alerts at any time by replying STOP, or with the Stop button where a message has one.
• Facebook and Instagram: if you comment on one of our posts or ads, or send our Page a message, we may reply to you there, publicly under your comment and privately in Messenger, with our WhatsApp number and a link to our current jobs. We only message people who have written to us first, and we do not send promotional or bulk messages through Messenger.

Employers

A hiring requirement sent through this website is an enquiry. The terms of any recruitment assignment, including fees, replacement and payment terms, are agreed with the employer in writing before we start.

Using this website

Please do not submit someone else's details without their permission, pretend to be someone else, copy our vacancy listings in bulk, or try to interfere with the website or our systems. The name Roohi, our logo and the content of this site belong to Roohi Recruitment Services.

Our responsibility

We work carefully and honestly on every application. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions or actions of employers, embassies or government authorities, or for services run by others that we use to reach you, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law, including the Emigration Act 1983.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
