About this role
Assistant Manager for a food company in Kuwait (10 positions).
Responsibilities:
- Help the manager run the daily operations of the outlet
- Plan staff shifts, and supervise and train the team
- Make sure food quality, hygiene and customer service standards are met
- Control stock, place orders and reduce wastage
- Handle cash, daily sales reports and customer complaints
- Take charge when the manager is away
Requirements:
- Any degree
- At least 4 years of management experience
- Management experience in a fast-food chain such as McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut or KFC
- Hotel or restaurant experience is not required
- Good English
- Age up to 30 years
Working hours and contract:
- 9 hours a day
- 1 day off per week
- 2-year contract
- 60 days annual leave
