About this role
HSE Officer for a power and switchgear contracting company in Abu Dhabi, UAE (10 positions).
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily site safety inspections and point out unsafe acts and conditions
- Give safety inductions and toolbox talks to workers
- Check permits to work, PPE use and safe work practices, especially for electrical and lifting work
- Report and investigate incidents and near misses
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements and HSE reports
- Make sure the site follows company and authority HSE rules
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in India in switchgear, power transformer, power cable, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Age 23 to 40 years
