About this role
HV and LV Equipment Installation Technician for an electrical contracting company in Abu Dhabi, UAE (50 positions).
Responsibilities:
- Install HV and LV switchgear, ring main units, transformers and distribution panels
- Position, level and fix equipment on its foundations
- Assemble busbars and connect cables and earthing
- Assist with testing and commissioning
- Read drawings and follow method statements and safety rules
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI
- At least 3 years of experience in HV and LV equipment installation
- Hands-on experience in switchgear, power transformer, power cable, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Both Indian and Gulf experience accepted
- Age 23 to 40
