About this role
HV and LV Maintenance Technician for an electrical contracting company working on switchgear, transformer and power cable projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE (15 positions).
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on HV and LV switchgear, panels and transformers
- Inspect, test and maintain power cables, terminations and protection devices
- Find and repair electrical faults safely
- Follow permit-to-work, isolation and safety procedures
- Record maintenance work and report problems to the engineer
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI
- At least 2 years of Indian experience
- Hands-on experience in switchgear, power transformer, power cable, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Indian or Gulf experience accepted
- Age 23 to 40
