Key Roles & Responsibilities

Policies & Processes

• Comply the function's policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the desired outputs.
• Core Activities (Internal / External)
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal climate control across all areas in City Hyper.
• Inspect and service refrigeration units, including walk-in cold rooms, display fridges, and freezers to maintain required temperatures and avoid spoilage.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical & controls systems
• Address plumbing issues promptly, including water supply, drainage, and restroom facilities, ensuring hygiene and functionality.
• Handle waste disposal equipment and systems to support cleanliness and hygiene across the hypermarket.
• Respond to urgent facility breakdowns or malfunctions, minimizing disruption to customer experience and store operations.
• Collaborate with external service providers for specialized maintenance or major repairs when required.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards while performing all maintenance tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
