About this role
Specialist Doctor in Internal Medicine for a hospital in Bahrain (2 positions).
Responsibilities:
- Examine, diagnose and treat adult patients with medical conditions in the outpatient clinic
- Admit and manage inpatients on the medical ward and plan their discharge
- Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and heart, lung and kidney disease
- Order and interpret lab tests and imaging and refer to other specialists when needed
- Take part in on-call duties and emergency consultations
- Keep complete medical records and follow hospital protocols
Requirements:
- MD or DNB in Internal Medicine / General Medicine
- At least 3 years of experience
- Age up to 45
Working hours and contract:
- 8 hours a day
- One day off a week
- 2-year contract
- 30 days of annual leave
