About this role
skilled Structural Steel Fabricators to work in our fabrication workshop and site erection teams. The role involves reading engineering drawings, cutting, fitting, welding, and assembling structural steel components as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Candidates will support ongoing construction projects including warehouses, industrial buildings, high-rise steel structures, and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities Interpretation: Read and understand structural steel shop drawings, GA drawings, and weld symbols.Fabrication: Mark, cut, grind, drill, and assemble steel plates, beams, columns, trusses, and bracings using oxy-fuel, plasma, and power tools.
Fitting & Tack Welding: Align and fit steel members to correct dimensions and angles before final welding.
Quality Control: Ensure fabricated parts meet tolerances, dimensions, and standards per AWS D1.1 / EN 1090 as required.
