About this role
Housekeeping Supervisor for a hotel apartments property in Muscat, Oman.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants and cleaners and give out daily work
- Inspect apartments, rooms and public areas to make sure they are clean and ready for guests
- Check linen, cleaning supplies and guest amenities, and request stock when needed
- Report maintenance problems and follow up until they are fixed
- Handle guest requests and complaints about housekeeping
- Train staff on cleaning standards, hygiene and safety
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping
- Age 18 to 30 years
Working hours and contract:
- 10 hours a day
- 2-year contract
