Planning Engineer

Salary: 4,000 – 4,500 SAR per month

Accommodation, food allowance and transportation provided by the company

Vacation: after two years, 30 days leave salary and air ticket allowance

Job summary

Plan, schedule and monitor construction projects so they finish on time, within scope and within budget: develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders and manage progress reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed plans and schedules with deliverables, milestones and timelines in Primavera P6 / MS Project; identify critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor construction progress against scope, schedule and budget; prepare weekly, monthly and milestone reports; recommend corrective actions for delays or scope changes.
• Coordinate project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; track daily site activities with supervisors; ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials; optimise resource use.
• Identify risks and mitigation; manage and document changes to scope, timelines and resources.
• Keep permits, approvals, contracts and project records accurate and compliant.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Experience: at least 5 years in construction planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 / MS Project.
