Job summary

The primary staff member responsible for all activities at the project site: managing technical matters, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering company projects within scope, time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning: set project management standards and processes; create and monitor project, stage and contingency plans; manage resources and take corrective action.
• Coordination: liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams; oversee project assurance roles; keep civil and MEP teams communicating.
• Risk and quality: identify risks and mitigation; enforce quality and technical standards.
• Progress and reporting: track progress, weekly reports and schedules; highlight reports and end-stage assessments; project evaluation reviews.
• Resources and administration: set manpower needs and assign resources; oversee procurement and material scheduling; evaluate team performance and approve invoices.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Experience: minimum 10 years overall, at least 3–4 years as a Project Manager, with proven experience in industrial construction projects coordinating civil and MEP teams, and in-depth knowledge of civil and MEP construction activities.
