Salary: 4,000 – 5,000 SAR per month

Job summary

Implement and enforce site safety regulations and practices for a safe work environment: safety inductions, audits, training and site inspections in line with the client's and company's HSE policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct safety inductions, daily Toolbox Talks before permit issue, and weekly safety training.
• Daily site safety inspections and audits; report issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect tools, equipment and machinery for tagging and maintenance.
• Weekly and monthly safety reports for the client; daily reports on near misses, first aid cases, accidents and unsafe behaviour; raise safety purchase requirements.
• Enforce PPE and safe work practices; help prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, JSAs, lifting plans and checklists; follow up client approval of safety documents.
• Control high-risk work: confined spaces, work at height, excavation, hot work, ammonia plants and hazardous areas.
• Warning letters, incident reports and root-cause investigations with corrective and preventive actions.
• Theft prevention inspections and securing of materials.

Qualification: minimum +2, 3-year Diploma or any Degree, with NEBOSH (essential), IOSH or a relevant Safety Diploma / Degree.

Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role with a proven record in construction site safety.

Skills: organisation and time management; independent and team work; communication and training delivery; problem-solving; MS Office and safety management software.
